Live Music

I am a self proclaimed “Live Music Junkie”. It’s been a huge part of my life since I was able to get into bars and clubs. In a former life, I was a rock band manager working out of San Francisco while developing real estate as my main profession. I haven’t managed bands for over 20 years but never lost my love for the art presented in a live setting. In 2019, I created a passion project called, “Treehouse Concerts”. I am the Executive Producer of an annual concert series held in the Los Gatos Mountains. I appreciate a lot of art forms but nothing moves me like the art of live music.

Wine Making - Poncetta Cellars established 2002

I have been an amateur winemaker for over 20 years now. This is a passion I share with my brother and we make some pretty darn good hootch. We do everything except grown and pick the grapes. Our boutique label predominantly makes Cabernet Sauvignon but throughout the years have also produced quality Pinot Noir, Syrah, Merlot, Sangiovese, and a little Chardonnay. It’s definitely a labor of love with a lot of both. It’s not a business for us, just a passion we take very seriously.

Family

I was raised up in Cupertino, CA by amazing parents (Stan and Linda) with 3 brothers and sisters with whom I remain very close. I now have a beautiful teenage son named Wyatt (2008) who is the center of my universe. Fortunately, we have a lot of extended family that live in the Bay Area. We are lucky to share many longstanding traditions throughout the year. I consider myself very blessed in the family category and it’s a vital part of my existence.

Travel

Travel is absolutely one of my favorite things to do in life. My parents took us on a European vacation in 1984 and I’ve had the travel bug ever since. I truly believe that travel (of any kind) builds wisdom. I’ve been all over the world to more than 30 countries. My favorite spot on the planet so far is a little village in the Swiss Alps called Murren. And I think my favorite trip so far was a 150 mile trek through Himalayas in breathtaking Nepal. My son is merely a teenager but he’s already been to 13 countries and we plan to see many more together.
